We've had some growing pains and logistical problems, but we've taken affirmative steps to solve them. We've updated our credit card processing system and expanded our use of PayPal. We've also changed our order fulfillment process, started using FEDEX more, and moved to some more reliable tea blenders.
We are coming in to the Christmas holiday season and have ordered adequate inventory to fill orders promptly. We will post stock-outs as they occur. We have been in business since 2002, and have thousands of loyal and happy customers. To those few who we have let down, we apologize.
